How we respond to situations-
From breaking my ankle to spending time with my family, I have learned that my response matters.
How do you respond in situations? How do you react when something bad happens, like loosing a job or just having a bad day in general?
I don’t always respond well. I respond in my human nature, which is not how God wants me to respond. Over six weeks ago I collide with a boy on a bike, which resulted in a fractured ankle. I did not respond well in the situation nor after the situation. I was poopy, rude, and a bit of a frustrated adult. Not the way I should have responded.
I talk today about how I responded with I collided with the boy on the bike and other times when something happened I did not like nor want. How I responded when the situation was not the best. I walk us through Philippians 1:3-11 and how Paul responds in his life, and where his focus is. Which by the way, is to be our focus and our response.
We are to respond with joyful thanksgiving, just like Paul.
Join me today as I talk about how we respond in all situations.
